Military Credit Fund (MCF) is a specialized bank aimed at offering banking products and services to the personnel of the Armed Forces and Security Agencies in the Hashimite Kingdome of Jordan.  Reports to the Board of Directors (Headed by Jordanian Armed Forces Chief of Staff).  Heads the leadership team to oversee the fund's functions including: 1. Strategy & Business Development 2. Finance & Treasury 3. Operations and Administration 4. Risk Management 5. Corporate Communications 6. Delivery Channels  Formation of the Fund's 5 years strategy, and the execution of the yearly business and operating plans.  Consciously strive to upgrade and modernize the services of the fund.  Ensures adequate Internal Control and Quality Assurance measures.  Communicate and interact and with external stakeholders.  Guide and lead the Digital Transformation effort  Achievements include: o YoY bottom-line growth of 15% o Overall finance portfolio growth of 23% o Lead arrange USD 570 million syndicated bank loans for the Military Housing Fund o Achieving USD 70 Million growth in deposits in 6 months o Participate in Launching state-wide "Brothers-in-Arms" program (Refaq Al Selah), lead by HRH the Crown Prince. o Introducing of 3 Investment-Profit-Sharing products o Launching 2 new personal finance products o Introducing e-Finance on Mobile Banking Platform o Building an in-house workflow system. o Upgrading the Core Banking System

- Investment Banking.  Reports to the Chairman of the Board, and oversee the following group functions: o Operations o Information Technology o Enterprise PMO o Policies, Procedures, and Process Reengineering o Internal Control and Quality Assurance o Strategy Office  Member of: o Board Audit and Risk Committee o Executive Committee o ALM Committee  Achievements include: o Leading the formulation and implementation of a Fintech roadmap o Upgrading the Core Banking System o Implementation of BPM, MW, EDMS, Decision Engine and Dash Boarding solutions o Formulating perpetual 3 years group strategy o Designing and implementation of a group-wide performance evaluation system o Introducing balance scorecards for individual units o Streamlining key operational processes o Redefining the structure and methodology of Policy and Procedures documentation.
