Personally, I started as Marketing analytics analyst, moved into internal consulting at HSBC Hong Kong and then moved to Sydney as Head of cards product portfolio for next 9 years (basically ensuring that high to moderate value customers stay with us longer and have higher share of wallet, using BNPL, international payment incentives, apple pay, spend and engagement campaigns, etc.
We have worked extensively in Retail banking, consumer lending and Insurance in strategy, execution and risk ownership roles for HSBC and Fintechs over last 16 years.
