As a Technical Leader and IT Consultant, I directed the strategy and technical planning for a high-impact project in the banking sector. I was responsible for managing the development cycle, the cloud solution architecture (AWS), and direct coordination with the client to ensure deliverables met business priorities. I supervised the team's progress, facilitating code reviews, resolving blockers, and ensuring compliance with best practices. I managed the cloud environment using AWS, including deployments, monitoring, and maintenance of the project's infrastructure.

Developed solutions with the following stack: Node.js for deployment in Lambdas and frontend components using JavaScript-Next and TypeScript. Developed solutions with the following stack for Frontend: JavaScript - React, for services: Java - SpringBoot, and as a process engine: JBPM. In my role as Backend Technical Leader, I established development guidelines and provided technical support to the team. I designed professional growth plans for team members and actively participated in the development of robust APIs using Node.js with NestJS and managing data in MongoDB.

As a Process Specialist, my role focused on ensuring software quality by executing functional tests and validating business processes. I collaborated directly with the development team to report bugs, manage deployments to higher-level environments, and perform adjustments on systems developed with ReactJS, Node.js, and JBPM.
