Andoz Krishnadas

■ 2016 Introduced BIM and within 6 months planned and formulated the winning bid for the master plan of SoHo Sullivan with the developer Tom Bock worth 200 million €; using hand sketches, plans, sections and rough 3D visualizations using Revit and Enscape 3D.

■ 2017-18 assisted United A studio with the SoHo Turley project by developing plans, architectural facades and spatial design. Created bi-weekly progression reports through site visits and 360° images using PT-Gui and Materport 3d to illustrate real-time development while identifying and communicating variations on site with the core planning team. The process hastened error correction and minimized related construction costs by 8%. In 2018 the project was valued at 85 Million €.

■ 2018-22 Designed/developed multi-use buildings, retail spaces, apartments, hotels, schools, ofices and a large underground car park for the SoHo Sullivan complex using Revit Architecture. Crafted detailed 1:25 and 1:1 plans, sections and elevations. Made 4D and 5D plans using Revit Architecture and Revit MEP. Created 3 groups of content that were used extensively by the sales team to make the primary catalogue, pitch to clients as well as sell apartments and retail spaces. 1. An extensive portfolio of images edited on Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Capture One. 2. Created Videos edited using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 3. 3D walk-troughs and VR spaces using Unreal4, Lumion 3D and Cinema4D.

■ 2014 Founded Arkandoz Photography in Frankfurt, DE after winning the Frankfurter Neue Presse Luminale Photo prize. The commercial photo studio specializes in architecture, fashion and corporate photography and is rated amongst the best in Frankfurt.

■ Worked on commissioned projects from industry leaders like National Geographic, Vogue Italia, Elle, WeWork, Dezeen & Amazon.

■ 2021 won the title of IPA west-German commercial Photographer of the year 2020 an award for a commercial photo-series on Equinix Data centers. Work Experience

Competition platform founded in 2010 to engage in challenging architectural competitions to test & propose theoretical solutions to major design problems.

■ 2022 Won 2nd place at the Stiftung Peter Jacobi, Hochschule Pforzheim Design PF, for Research and development of living buildings as an alternative to Concrete. The project also involves the revival and development through composition modification of traditional bio-mortars as adhesives for bricks, laterite and CSEB blocks. Design and research partnerships with Atria University, Hindustan University and IIT Madras.

■ 2021 Won the Sonder Prize from Die Akademie der Künste, Berlin for designing a school in Podor, Senegal using both revived Numidian and experimental packed earth heat responsive building techniques. Used the prize money & personal funds to work with Forward-for-Women ( NGO) to visit Podor, implement design and realize a school for victims of FGM.

■ 2013 Shortlisted finalist for the Kannur International Airport design competition for a sustainable airport design that was 40% smaller and used 62% less power than a conventional airport.

■ 2010 Won the Cebu, Philippines international Fishing village ideas design competition prize for Tsunami resistant earthed buildings using ISO 830 (20 & 40ft) intermodal shipping containers.
