As a Certified Coach and Meditation Teacher, I support individuals and organizations in navigating stress, disconnection, and burnout, helping them reconnect with clarity, resilience, and purpose. My work includes 1:1 coaching sessions with clients across different fields and countries, where I guide them through personal transitions, as well as workshops such as From Burnout to Soulfire, designed to help people move beyond exhaustion into renewed energy and focus.

In addition, I have delivered leadership training within companies, bringing mindfulness and emotional intelligence practices into the workplace.

Over five years at Amazon, I advanced through roles in product management and retail leadership across Europe and the UK. In my final position as a Product Manager, I designed and launched regulatory and compliance solutions that supported multi-billion-dollar business lines and safeguarded customer trust at scale. I translated complex requirements into clear product roadmaps, coordinated across legal, technical, and operational teams, and delivered results under pressure and tight deadlines. Recognized for my ability to simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and build trust, I thrived in contexts of high ambiguity, demonstrating ownership, resilience, and strategic thinking. Earlier, I led a Pan-European account management team with a portfolio worth several hundred million dollars, and worked in product development, where I honed skills in negotiation, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
