Project (SD WAN): SD WAN (Software Defined WAN) enables business customers to cope with the explosion in bandwidth demand by combining dedicated data connections with less expansive broadband links in their wide area network. Colt's SD WAN Portal allows you to take control of your WAN, from adding new policies to checking status and running key reports. Activities and responsibilities: Manage a small squad of developers (1-4) to plan, build, and create high quality code. A constant dialog with the business is part of my job, specially when new features are added to the system, turning into critical the accuracy of the implementation for the new deliverables, not only for the safety and quality of the product, but also to keep the schedule execution flowing as planned. Project (AML): Project for Swiss Bank Lombard Odier to document and store and access all necessary informations related with US financial laws and reports (AML, PEP, embargos and so on). Activities and responsibilities: As a software engineer working on the backend system it was my job to develop and maintain old and new features.
