I work independently as a People & Organisation Consultant, supporting organisations through organisational change, workforce capability and leadership challenges.

My background spans large corporates, government, consulting and small business environments, combining practical organisational experience with facilitation, co-design and transformation support. Most of my work involves helping organisations improve ways of working, navigate change and support stakeholder alignment through practical and collaborative approaches.

I work across focused consulting engagements, workshops, facilitation and organisational improvement initiatives, bringing a practical and implementation-oriented approach grounded in real organisational environments.

Based in Berlin and available for freelance, interim and project-based assignments across remote, hybrid and onsite environments.
