Change and Communications lead, Re-use program (November 2021 – August 2022)

⌾ Leading the cultural shift activities for the Re-use program, a strategic priority for ASML in its efforts to reduce waste and become a fully circular company.

Sourcing and Supply Chain Communications Business Partner (May 2017 – October 2021)

⌾ Communications Business Partner for the global Sourcing and Supply Chain function (over 1,500 people located across the US, Europe and Asia), working closely with the leadership to develop communications strategies, create engaging content (both internally and through agencies), and link impact measurement directly to business outcomes.

⌾ Developed and executed the change communications for the merger of Supply Chain Management and Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to become Sourcing and Supply Chain. Other activities (May 2017 – Present)

⌾ Project lead for the 'Get Connected' program, a networking and collaboration initiative for senior executives from across the business. Managed a team of two, creating effective strategies, engaging content, and impactful events.

⌾ Communications lead on the Board of Green ASML, a grassroots, employee-led sustainability initiative working to develop non-business specific sustainability projects, build a community of engaged employees and influence company strategy where needed.
