I've been working on eLearning and courseware design and development over the last 12 years within the defence, military, financial, manufacturing and facility sectors.

This has involved creating training material from initially the training needs analysis stage to delivery using industrial standard software including Articulate Storyline 360 and the Adobe Creative Suite. As well having experience working to strict guidelines, branding and styles and standards I also have a creative side which allows me to think outside of the box to produce immersive, engaging and interactive SCORM courses.
