With nearly a decade of entrepreneurial experience, I have founded, managed, and successfully exited companies in the Special Education (SpEd) and Mental Health sectors. Leveraging this extensive background, I now lead a consultancy specialising in advising organisations on effectively managing neurodiverse employees and, in some instances, customers. My expertise spans various company sizes, from start-ups to established corporations, in both the USA and the UK. Currently based in Edinburgh, I am dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces that recognise and value the unique contributions of neurodiverse individuals.
