Target and Achievement: Acknowledging services, project and Integration related calls and achieving a target of 24 MINR in FY21-22 with Spares sales and services while dealing with major customers Tata Motors, Volvo Eicher and Honda Cars.

◦Warranty Management: Managing and accessing warranty claims, from application to Yaskawa Japan to completion with claim invoicing. Maintaining Warranty Stock and faulty part stock that must be shipped to Japan..

◦Internal Money Transfer: Internal money transfers were required for the After-Sales Department's work on Sales and Projects. maintaining meticulous records of site work to all requests for money transfers.

◦Automotive Line Setup: Press shop installation for Maruti in association with HF and Yaskawa Korea (Line Setup, Teaching and interfacing with PLC). Mufler Arc Welding Line Construction in Goshi, India, in Partnership with Yaskawa, Japan (Part Prove out with reduced cycle time and quality defects). Working with Maruti YWD Line- Jimney 5 Door at the moment (Part prove out with EAGL Torch Setup, a Yaskawa made replacement for CMT, first Setup in India).

Process Engineering: Brainstormed, Designed and Implemented setup SPMs for Assembly line for Side mirror and Rear view mirror.Also, Designed basic fixtures for Paint shop.Coordinating with vendors to deliver finished products.

◦Maintenance Engineering: Refurbished ETP and STP plant. Thorough understanding functionality and maintenance schedule of Utility related equipment.

On-Site Training: Worked on-site under the guidance of Yaskawa trained Engineers for setting up project and attending service calls to resume functioning environment for the robotic cell/ Line.
