I am a senior operations leader with over ten years running delivery, systems and marketing, across marketing agencies, gaming and esports media, a listed SaaS platform and an influencer marketing agency.

I come in, map how your work actually flows, and rebuild it for speed and clarity: process and systems design, AI-driven automation, resource and capacity planning, and the commercial reporting that tells you whether it is working.

Typical engagements:

AI operations audit and build: a working operating system on ClickUp, Airtable, Monday, Make, n8n or any other tool of your choice, with LLM-driven agentic automation, orchestrated by a personalised persona to manage the thinking, delivered in three to four weeks.

Fractional or interim operations leadership: hands-on delivery, capacity, P&L, SOPs and team management, two to three days a week or full-time for a fixed period.

Marketing and GTM systems: brand and go-to-market positioning, marketing operations and CRM infrastructure for teams launching or scaling.

What I bring that most do not: I have taken two companies through acquisition with no disruption to client delivery, and in my last role an AI-led systems overhaul lifted work discoverability from 40% to 87% while revenue grew 20%. Managed due diligence and systems integration into NODWIN's global framework with continuity of delivery, and established IP syndication agreements with GiNX TV and terrestrial broadcasters that fed directly into the exit valuation.
