4th largest with As a Product Leader at Kotak, I am responsible for building the next generation suite of digital banking products & financial services with immense focus on customer experience, ease of use, quick turnaround time and serviceability. Focused on Data, Engineering & Product Management to implement new-age digital customer journeys & digitally transform business programs across all divisions of the retail bank, spanning across Credit Cards, Loans, Forex, UPI and CBDC.
• • Lead a team of designers, engineers, product managers, and business leaders to reimagine & recreate a brand new mobile banking experience for the bank customers.

• • Worked on the migration & creation of the new age Kotak CBDC product in partnership with the RBI.

• • Lead the entire digital onboarding & partner engagement for Credit Cards. Grew online onboarding from 17% to nearly 64% within 6 months.
• • Increased monthly credit card activations from 73K to over 2.6 lakh cards every month.
• • Increase top of the funnel for cards product from 1.5 lakh to over 8 lakh each monthly.
• • Re-imagining the internal workforce management application & to streamline processes for RMs, Sales Agents, KYC Executives, DSA, etc. to reduce customer onboard & servicing turn-around-time by 50%.
• • Closely worked with Risk teams to create a new Business Risk Engine that reduces bank exposure, increases card approval rates, recommends new & alternate cards & also reduces NPAs for the bank.
