I’m a Scrum Master and Agile Coach with a strong hands-on and pragmatic approach to improving how teams work and deliver. I don’t “roll out frameworks” or copy-paste agile playbooks - instead, I work with teams and organizations to design workflows and processes that fit their context, constraints, and goals.
My background in web development allows me to work with developers on eye level. I understand technical terminology, delivery challenges and the realities of software development. This helps me earn trust of development teams and understanding the context in which they operate.
In addition to my project work, I have experience as a people manager in the role of Head of Scrum Masters. I was responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing Scrum Masters, providing regular feedback, coaching on concrete situations from their daily work, and supporting their professional growth.
