I offer a set competencies and services, focused on project management. Thus far I’ve been working as a subcontractor, now ready for direct engagements with interested clients.

I am an experienced PRINCE2 trainer, facilitator and a PMO. I am available for internal project management training, whether to establish a recognised framework such as PRINCE2 or to strengthen the project tools and techniques. I also offer set-up and follow-up actvities with those trainings, as a complete process to root the new working method in an organisaton.

As a PMO and I support projects, programmes and the portfolio with the adaptable standards, processes, tools and techniques in view of assuring their project success. That includes project documentation, information gathering, planning, and communication.

Facilitation is a one of the key functions of a PMO, I offer facilitated workshops and processes around any theme or challenge that a Client may have, but specifically within: project management, risk management, organisational change and development, sustainability.

In the last domain in particular, as a Green Project Management Consultant and Assessor, I will support the introduction of the sustainability perspective in projects, with an in-depth project environment mapping, and the development of Project Sustainability Plan.

I work in English and in French.
