· Leading the evaluation of a vast array of investment opportunities within the vectors of decarbonization of industries, renewable integration and sustainable transportation, specifically in areas including advanced plastic recycling, energy battery storages and energy efficiency contracts

· Managing the entire transaction process, from initial evaluation to completion, including the drafting of term sheets, NBOs, optimization of investment structures, building financial models and leading due diligence workstreams

• Execution of financing transactions, managed financial models, structured debt and repayment schedules, assisted the team with loan documentation including ESG compliance

· Perform regular monitoring of assigned loan portfolio of renewable and distribution assets predominantly in Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Georgia, preparing detailed credit reviews, financial analyses, and covenant compliance reports

• Worked on deals, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions in infrastructure, retail, chemistry, gaming and financial sectors

• Prepared financial models, valuation analyses, client presentations, and marketing materials

• Managed the creation and distribution of pitch books and information memoranda for prospective clients

• Led internal training sessions to mentor junior analysts on financial modelling and valuation techniques.
