A problem solver, and excellent communicator, I am also passionate about Service delivery and understand the importance of having a strong and motivated team that consistently solves business and operational challenges for my clients. With extensive experience shaping, leading, and delivering complex multimillion-dollar IT and digital programs across multiple countries, I have also led globally distributed technical and development teams in designing, architecting and delivery of integrated solutions for Outsourcing engagements (ITO, HRO, FA&P, Customer Services & Document Management).
