After more than two decades in industry, I founded Frankenthaler Wasserexperte (FT-WE) to combine my technical, managerial, and environmental experience. I advise private, commercial, and municipal clients on water quality, filtration, treatment systems, and resource efficiency — from small household filters to complex industrial or landscape-water projects.

In parallel, I teach at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) as a guest lecturer in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, focusing on FMEA, MSA, and the impact of measurement accuracy on medical-device reliability.

Today, I support organizations in implementing ISO 9001, Lean & Six Sigma systems, and developing a culture of continuous improvement that connects quality, efficiency, and people. My philosophy:

This phase represents the synthesis of all previous experience — technical excellence, business insight, and the human side of operational success.

As Country Manager DACH at EcoWater Systems, I rebuilt customer trust and restructured regional operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. I standardized processes, improved dealer performance, and strengthened after-sales service quality across multiple channels.

At aquina Wassertechnik GmbH (Pollet Water Group), I served as Managing Director, responsible for operations, sales, and team development. I optimized assembly, logistics, and internal processes to create a stable foundation for growth. I also guided B2B clients in selecting and dimensioning water-treatment systems, focusing on filtration, ion exchange, and reverse osmosis.

From 2023 to 2024, I worked as Vice President of OASE Professional, leading global operations for fountain and environmental water-technology projects. I aligned business strategy, engineering, and after-sales activities, ensuring that customer experience and technical excellence were fully integrated.

This period shaped my leadership, strategic, and business-management skills — combining operations excellence with commercial success.

I began my career as a Chemical Engineer at Samsung SDI, managing process-water and wastewater systems for large-scale electronics production. In this role I led the introduction of Lean Six Sigma methods, trained colleagues, and implemented several cost-saving and reliability projects. As Master Black Belt and trainer, I helped the plant achieve stable, efficient, and traceable operations.

At DINAX, a chemical manufacturer for water-treatment products, I was responsible for plant operations, production planning, and quality systems. I standardized manufacturing processes, implemented an ERP system, and introduced full material traceability.

At REMONDIS Aqua, I managed municipal and industrial water projects, including nationwide sludge-recycling networks. I combined process engineering with cost and logistics optimization, ensuring environmental and operational efficiency.

Joining Procter & Gamble, I became responsible for GMP-compliant process-water systems at a major European production site. I managed multi-million-euro engineering projects, developed water-treatment and utility systems, and ensured full compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This phase built my technical, analytical, and cross-functional foundation for all later management roles.
