Beatrice Bekar

I am a programme leader specialising in shaping social impact programmes as services, with over six years’ experience leading interventions within complex public, philanthropic and community systems. Working at the intersection of design and delivery, I have led complex, multi-stakeholder programmes addressing systemic challenges including financial exclusion, lifelong learning and employment across the UK social innovation sector. My practice centres on co-design and translating insight into programme models that are inclusive, adaptable and grounded in operational reality. I bring strong capability in programme leadership and systems thinking, with a focus on translating evidence into strategic decisions, stewarding cross-sector partnerships, and embedding learning and adaptation across portfolios.
