I took part in a personal development programme for employability called Women Returners delivered through Virtual Internships. I attended daily workshops which focussed on CV writing, personal branding, presentation skills, networking and interview skills. This has been a big confidence builder in thinking outside the box on future career paths.

Working on productivity projects, specifically researching and consulting on the

best Asynchronous working models that Leaf FM could execute.

I created and developed inspiring courses and created assessments in-line with examination board’s criteria.

I communicated effectively with staff, students and parents, maintaining excellent relationships.

My classroom was well-organised with positive classroom management strategies used effectively – created diversity, inclusivity and unity as a foundation for a positive learning environment.

I was able to find and fill knowledge gaps and keep progression consistent.

Students developed good understanding of concepts taught and achieved outstanding results.

I organised whole school events and trips to promote a positive school culture.

I completed in-service and additional training to maintain professional growth.

I am an experienced marker for Scottish Qualifications Authority – analysing and grading assessments under a tight timeframe.
