I have in-depth knowledge and experience of the latest UX research tools and methodologies to understand user need, both in terms of strategic planning and practical implementation. I’ve worked with 100s of clients across the UK, including: Confused.com, Admiral, many councils and branches of the NHS. I am a confident communicator, happy to present research insights and rationale to clients as well as ensuring the research insights and goals are carried through to completion within a team. I can run user testing with my eyes closed. I have lead on projects of all sizes as well as leading large scale standalone research. Having worked in an agency, I’m accustomed to dovetailing with a wider multidisciplinary team and have experience of leading a team of researchers.
