Managing Sprint planning, mid-sprint revisions, across ERP and Open Source streams. Implementation of AI-based agents (Gemini CLI, DiaBrain) for SNOW support tools.
Stakeholder Management & Roadmap Execution: Translating overarching business objectives into clear priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans. Proactively managing risks and changing priorities while communicating project status directly to senior management, cross-functional teams, and global end-users.
