I am an accomplished Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience delivering multi-million-pound projects in the oil & gas, subsea, fabrication, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

I specialise in project start-ups, PMO implementation, delivery assurance, performance interventions, and turnaround programmes. I excel at mobilising new projects, rescuing underperforming ones, and implementing robust project governance, planning, and control frameworks that deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest HS&E standards.

Recent Highlights:

Currently leading the design, build, and relocation of a new multi-unit test laboratory facility (oil & gas, aerospace, MoD & hydrogen sectors), including layout design, tender management, CDM compliance, and LEAN workflow implementation.

Delivered a 10-point Performance Improvement Plan for bp at TEXO, clearing all non-conformances in just 4 months and safeguarding a multi-million-pound contract.

Led the successful commercialisation of bespoke subsea battery projects and delivered critical MoD battery characterisation programmes, both on time and under budget, securing £9m+ in follow-on contracts.

Designed and implemented group-wide SIOP processes and led the full transfer of a $20m p/a turbine fuel nozzle manufacturing business from the USA to the UK, including complete supply chain transition and qualification of 32 products.

I bring strong expertise in planning softwares, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain optimisation. I've held security clearances for MoD work and fully comfortable working offshore or on rotational schedules.
