Responsible for trend research, pulling looks, and coordinating fittings and returns. Supported senior teams on ecommerce and campaign shoots, gradually taking on leadership of full-scale styling projects. Managed wardrobe and accessory collections, keeping items in pristine condition. Source and curate samples, accessories, and props to align with the creative direction and brand ethos. Responsible for working to a set budget per campaign along side producers and project managers and other creative executors. Suggest new, different and better process improvements in the way you are working for the styling process which will have an impact on the wider creative department.

Work closely with Senior Stylists and the wider Styling Team to ensure all products are styled and merchandised with fashion authority, aligned with TK Maxx's brand identity. Support on-set styling and outfit preparation for mannequins, ensuring all garments and accessories are presented accurately and appealingly for eCommerce use. Collaborate with studio photographers and art directors to deliver high-quality online imagery and video content that clearly reflects product fit, detail, and appeal. Meet daily shoot targets while maintaining styling consistency, accuracy, and visual quality; actively help minimize re-shoots through attention to detail and efficient workflow. Stay informed on current fashion trends and seasonal direction to ensure styling remains relevant, engaging, and on-brand.
