If your engineering team is growing but delivery is chaotic - unclear priorities, missed deadlines, no sprint rhythm, tooling that nobody trusts, I can fix that. I work as a fractional PM and software delivery lead, embedding with your team to set up the systems that let you scale without hiring a full-time head of delivery.
What I do:
- Set up and run agile delivery processes (sprints, ceremonies, retrospectives)
- Build project management infrastructure (Jira, Linear, Notion - whatever fits your stack)
- Define roadmaps, milestones, and acceptance criteria so engineering knows exactly what "done" looks like
- Run delivery for complex technical products - I'm currently delivering an AI-guided medical device and building an AI-native data platform
- Optimise delivery processes
