    Cost of Living Programme @ Birmingham City Council Following the declaration of a Cost of Living (CoL) Crisis by Birmingham City Council in late 2022, the Cost-of-Living Programme was established to manage the City Councils crisis response across 4 primary areas; Warm Welcome, Energy Efficiency, Food and Information & Advice. My role included:
    - Developed the delivery plan for FY23/24 for two workstreams to provide targeted support for Citizens during Cost of Living Crisis, aligning with the wider Programme objectives.
    - Developed the Warm Welcome project plan, in line with the overarching strategy and objectives of the workstream
    - Designed and implemented the 'Birmingham Warm Welcome' Directory within the Birmingham City Council's website including establishing ongoing processes for maintaining the Directory
    - Developed the approach for grant funding applications within Warm Welcome including the funding criteria for external applicants
    - Managed the grant funding process through to awarding of funds to third parties.
    - Developed and presented the proposal for the provision of additional Council funding to support residents requiring crisis payments for gas/electric during winter period.
    - Engagement with internal and external stakeholders through the workstreams to ensure key messaging, issues and challenges within the development of the Warm Welcome network were managed.
    - Developed key lines and updates for external newsletters for the network, as well as coordinating on network events.
    - Worked with Birmingham City Council Media Office to coordinate responses to press enquiries and coordinate interviews within Warm Welcome network
