My role included:- Developed the delivery plan for FY23/24 for two workstreams to provide targeted support for Citizens during Cost of Living Crisis, aligning with the wider Programme objectives.- Developed the Warm Welcome project plan, in line with the overarching strategy and objectives of the workstream- Designed and implemented the 'Birmingham Warm Welcome' Directory within the Birmingham City Council's website including establishing ongoing processes for maintaining the Directory- Developed the approach for grant funding applications within Warm Welcome including the funding criteria for external applicants- Managed the grant funding process through to awarding of funds to third parties.- Developed and presented the proposal for the provision of additional Council funding to support residents requiring crisis payments for gas/electric during winter period.- Engagement with internal and external stakeholders through the workstreams to ensure key messaging, issues and challenges within the development of the Warm Welcome network were managed.- Developed key lines and updates for external newsletters for the network, as well as coordinating on network events.- Worked with Birmingham City Council Media Office to coordinate responses to press enquiries and coordinate interviews within Warm Welcome network
