Responsibilities include consulting clients of fund positioning, fundraising strategy, collateral, macroeconomics, and pitch preparation. Guiding through the capital raising process and market aiding in the execution of transactions, diligence requests, benchmarking, and distribution messaging. Leveraging Probitas' and my personal network of global institutional LPs based on the targeted parameters of our clients with proprietary relationships across the UK, Nordics, W. Europe, and the Middle East. Have raised multiple tickets from an array of LP types into numerous funds of various asset classes. Further exposure to global origination efforts with a particular focus on new European mandates. Key day to day tasks include LP prequalification & demand assessments, maintaining and developing LP relationships, prospecting and outreach to institutional investors, CRM management, scheduling and attending GP/LP calls/meetings, organising and attending roadshows, VDR management, strategy preparation / execution, LP next steps / follow up management, market mapping / competitor analysis, and training junior team members.

Front end investment exposure to £1.6 billion of varying real estate asset classes in prime central London. Including sourcing new projects, valuations and appraisals, feasibility studies, and transaction and acquisition. Further support across planning and asset management of the portfolio.

Real estate investment for family office, Countrywide, as an investment analyst of prospective projects. Assessing potential development opportunities and aid in the introductions, negotiations, valuation, and acquisition of new projects across London. Further support in project management of the portfolio across planning, sales, and asset management.
