Digital Directories is a UK-based LegalTech start-up that connects lawyers with people seeking legal advice across the UK, France, Belgium and Italy. ◼ Put in place product processes and created a product discipline ◼ Changed the approach from projects and output to themes and outcomes ◼ Launched a new website in a new market (UK – October 2019) ◼ Worked closely with the CTO, Head of Delivery, MD and GMs to inform strategy and priorities

◼ Led the creation of a digital service strategy and socialised it across the business

◼ Created the business case and secured funding to transform the estate
