I help organisations untangle and redesign the systems, processes and operating models that sit underneath their work. My focus is the space where business systems, operations and organisational design meet — mapping how work actually flows, diagnosing structural gaps, and building the invisible scaffolding that helps teams operate with clarity and calm.

Over the past 7+ years I’ve worked across complex, multi-team environments, supporting transformations involving CRM/data workflows, portfolio-style processes, reporting structures, governance, time-tracking, vendor selection and cross-team alignment. I often act as the bridge between non-technical teams, leadership and developers — turning messy requirements, cultural behaviours and operational nuances into structures that are coherent and usable.

Typical projects include:

• Mapping and improving end-to-end processes (from intake to delivery to reporting)

• Designing or re-designing CRM and workflow systems before rebuilds or vendor decisions

• Identifying bottlenecks and defining operating models that match how the organisation actually functions

• Creating governance and documentation that support learning and accountability
