I led an extensive AWS cyber remediation programme for a prominent UK PLC company and its subsidiaries. This initiative encompasses the resolution of vulnerabilities across AWS and Azure cloud environments, as well as the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures. The project also includes comprehensive Windows patching of on-premise infrastructure and the deployment and operational integration of Crowdstrike endpoint protection. These measures introduce both offensive and defensive cyber capabilities to the organisation, significantly bolstering its cybersecurity posture.

Additionally, I am executing a number of projects for a large London hospital trust; including a migration of on-premise workloads to Azure. This intricate endeavor demanded meticulous planning and execution to ensure a seamless transition to Azure while safeguarding critical healthcare operations.

My role encompasses end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning and scoping to ongoing management and successful implementation. Effective

stakeholder management is integral to my responsibilities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and the achievement of project objectives.

As an independent contractor at Cantium Business Solutions I led a significant HR Transformation project with far-reaching impact. One of my notable achievements was successfully delivering an HR Transformation initiative, involving the migration of 200 employees, business applications, and data to a separate organisation. This intricate project demanded meticulous planning and execution to ensure a seamless transition while preserving critical HR functions.

Additionally, I managed the implementation of new Azure and Microsoft 365 services, enhancing the organisation's technological capabilities and aligning with modern cloud-based solutions. Simultaneously, I oversaw the procurement, setup, and deployment of new Windows equipment in parallel with the design and implementation of Microsoft InTune, ensuring a cohesive and efficient IT ecosystem. This role encompassed end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to completion. I collaborated closely with the CEO and CTO, who acted as sponsors, as well as key stakeholders from the HR business, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and project success.

During my engagement with Alcumus I managed a portfolio of critical initiatives aimed at optimising the organisation's infrastructure and enhancing its cloud capabilities. A significant achievement was completing the decommissioning of third-party data center hosting with Rackspace and on-premise locations, facilitating a seamless transition to a centralised Azure landing zone. This involved

meticulous planning and coordination to ensure minimal disruption to operations while maximizing the benefits of cloud-based infrastructure.

Additionally, I successfully delivered multiple application migrations and cutovers, transitioning them from on-premise or third-party managed environments to a cloud-based ecosystem. My role extended to managing delivery teams located across the UK and North America, showcasing my ability to lead and coordinate remote teams effectively. I played a pivotal role in producing cutover plans in collaboration with business owners and service leads, ensuring a smooth transition during migration activities. Proactive coordination with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and other senior stakeholders located across the global organisation was also a key aspect of my engagement.
