Additionally led an AI readiness project in collaboration with a third-party consultancy, resulting in a comprehensive roadmap, a defined set of first-wave business use cases for AI adoption, and supporting launch materials. This work supported the development of a robust business case and paved the way for executive sign-off on the follow-on implementation project

I led an extensive AWS cyber remediation programme for a prominent UK PLC company and its subsidiaries. This initiative encompasses the resolution of vulnerabilities across AWS and Azure cloud environments, as well as the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures. The project also includes comprehensive Windows patching of on-premise infrastructure and the deployment and operational integration of Crowdstrike endpoint protection. These measures introduce both offensive and defensive cyber capabilities to the organisation, significantly bolstering its cybersecurity posture.

Additionally, I am executing a number of projects for a large London hospital trust; including a migration of on-premise workloads to Azure. This intricate endeavor demanded meticulous planning and execution to ensure a seamless transition to Azure while safeguarding critical healthcare operations.

My role encompasses end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning and scoping to ongoing management and successful implementation. Effective

stakeholder management is integral to my responsibilities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and the achievement of project objectives.
