Large data initiatives under my control include: Monthly Fund factsheets, Portfolio Holdings, UCITs KIID, and PRIIPS KID production and verification and dissemination. Ensuring the highest standards in terms of client facing docs and website interfaces. Led on fund launches setup on systems to allow for sale in all jurisdictions along with supporting data dissemination. Responsible for large project to create and disseminate European ESG Template (EET). Production and maintenance of all funds metadata and master data updating Build and updating of fund master data tool which helps keep and disseminate fund data in open funds format. Responsible for transaction cost reporting project for MIFID regulation. Checking the data vendors such as Morningstar and Bloomberg for accuracy and control.

Operated as the sole investment expert within the finance function, reporting directly to the CFO (PCF) and holding CF1 designation under Irish regulatory requirements. Drafted and implemented firm-wide investment governance policies, including the pricing policy, Unit Linked Governance, investment guidelines, sustainable investment policy, and SFDR statements. Represented the firm at Insurance Ireland sustainability forums, and led ESG engagements with fund managers to drive regulatory alignment and performance improvements. Established oversight frameworks for the entire pension business from the ground up, and managed Box Management in partnership with RLAM, ensuring rule-based execution and governance. Set up and chaired monthly oversight meetings with HSBC, covering custody, settlements, and administration. Designed a Tableau/Salesforce-based dashboards to track fund performance, ESG metrics, and MiFID compliance. Hosted and prepared materials for investment committees, driving accountability, regulatory assurance, and reporting discipline across the product suite.

Held CF2 responsibility and led investment oversight functions during and after the merger with Generali. Hosted and presented to Investment Committees and Board Investment Committees, delivering detailed insights on performance, risk, and governance. Drafted the firm's pricing policy, permissible asset criteria, and structured product inclusion rules, and maintained them in line with regulatory and operational considerations. Screened complex portfolios for onboarding, especially for ultra-high-net-worth clients, balancing governance with client sensitivity; developed strategies to manage and value Level III assets. Oversaw a pension investment platform and implemented Solvency II asset classification using CIC codes to meet regulatory disclosure obligations. Delivered PRIIPs KID rollouts, performed EMIR trade reporting, and conducted look-through and exposure analysis across delegated strategies.
