Dalis N. Robinson

Hi! My name is Dalis. I am a creative communications professional working at the intersections of art, media, technology, and culture. I am a Mexico-USA dual citizen, 100% fluent in English and Spanish. My interests in ever-evolving topics such as VR, gender studies, culture, sustainability, film, and the arts drew me to obtain a Bachelor's in Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam. Still based in Amsterdam, I am currently looking for projects to n leverage my dynamism and detail-oriented mentality.

Working as a freelancer for over three years in communications workspaces has allowed me to refine my creativity and project management skills in communications, PR, and editorial. I have worked for world-renowned art and cultural organisations such as the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). Moreover, while working at the Amsterdam-based art studio DRIFT and Mexico City-based OMR in Communications and PR, I designed and carried out communication strategies from ideation to execution, including writing and editing copy for artwork descriptions, press releases, newsletters, and website content. Likewise, I was the primary contact for press inquiries, material collation, and other external stakeholders, such as curators, journalists, and publishers.

As someone who pushes ideas forward with diligence yet keeps an open mind, I enjoy independence and teamwork alike.
