Daniela Visser

I am Daniela, a German and English speaking consulting professional, who has +10 years experience in international corporate environments in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. I am currently a Freelance Consultant based in Dresden and Munich/ Germany and Cape Town/ SouthAfrica. My focus is on HR Consulting, specifically projects around organisational development, new operating models and implementation of new processes/ service centres, HR system rollouts, training and change management. Prior to becoming a Freelancer I was a Manager at EY and consulted with clients such as Allianz, Bayer, E.ON, BMW and public sector clients in Africa. Being a Freelancer gives me the opportunity to take on projects that align with my current state of life - which is being a mother of two young children and a husband that lives and works in South Africa. I have successfuly led international projects and teams remotely over the past 4 years and am very passionate about team work and leading by example even though teams are spread all across the globe. Clients and colleagues appreciate my efficiency and hands-on approach as well as the ability to break issues into small and easy understandable pieces.
