As part of implementing a new Pricing Model and associated Governance Model in Roche Diagnostics, I am:

- Co-leading the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation, and alignment with the new pricing function mandate

- Driving organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training, and adoption activities to ensure a smooth transition

- Managing senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, and system owners

- Leading and implementing various projects with AI elements

- Facilitating future state workshops for the Pricing Squad and for the Pricing Chapter

As part of the Roche Diagnostics project Fusion and the Patient Data workstream, I was tasked with:

- Preparing and running process design workshops to map out data generation/intake and data reuse process flows for patient Data in Diagnostics; and documenting the process maps

- Co-defining a governance framework for data generation/intake and data reuse concerning patient data in Diagnostics

- Supporting from a change management perspective to acquire endorsement for the above

In addition, as part of my extension, I was tasked with:

- Closing out the Workstream by delivering on the final phase's objectives, revolving around the patient consent process and the secondary use of patient data
