I've spent 17 years inside one of the world's largest consumer goods businesses, leading the kind of complex, cross-functional programmes that make or break product portfolios. At Unilever and Lipton Teas & Infusions, that meant taking global innovation and renovation programmes from concept to shelf — leading complex teams, across multiple markets and delivering results under sustained pressure.

Now I work with organisations on a fractional basis, bringing that same senior programme leadership to teams who need experienced hands without a full-time hire. I'm most useful when there's a complex innovation challenge, a pipeline that needs structure, or a team that needs someone who can drive delivery and bring people with them.
