[2021] Optimized the city settings endpoint used by Glovo's B2B applications, improving its latency by up to 200x. [2021] Became an on-call engineer for two teams in the Customer cluster, in responsibility of the largest number of observability monitors among all teams in the company. [2021] Led more than 100 technical interviews for back-end engineers from junior to senior levels, and mentored junior engineers. [2020] Modularized a high-traffic user-context endpoint (user profile, hyperlocal details, order history, among other details), reducing its error rate and ultimately improving UX.

[Python, Java, Spring, Parseq, ElasticSearch, S3] [2019] Launched the first version of UberPay, a solution for topping up Uber's digital wallet using cash, aimed at riders in countries with low banking penetration. This was released as a microservice which reduced the integration time between Uber and Payment Providers from 10 month / provider, to 10 providers in 6 months. I was in charge of implementing the transaction conciliation process.
