As a Senior Change & Program Leader, I bring 20+ years of experience in large-scale transformation across aviation, public sector and IT service environments in NL, FR, CA and the UK.
My added value lies in combining three domains that normally sit in different silos:
organisational change, process harmonisation and IAM / cybersecurity adoption.

    Turned around a stalled Privileged Access Management (PAM) program and embedded it in the line organisation, impacting ~2,000 users across IT and business domains. Designed and implemented an Enterprise Access Management (EAM) blueprint linking Risk, Compliance and Operations; co-created governance, QA and tollgate framework. Facilitated adoption through targeted stakeholder coaching, role-based adoption workshops and communication rollout across 150+ internal and supplier stakeholders. Introduced cross-functional "natural teams" to drive end-to-end process ownership, governance and KPI alignment. Developed and delivered Lean/Agile mindset training for 600+ employees; embedded continuous-improvement habits into management- and operational teams.
