My work sits at the intersection of business analysis, product ownership, and digital transformation — I go into organisations, map how they actually work, find what's broken or slow, and build the systems and products that fix it. Over the past ten years I've done this for clients including Amazon, where I owned the product backlog and delivered a sustainability tracking platform across 500 sites in ten weeks. Before that I spent eight years at Asilia Africa leading a full operational transformation across fifteen safari camps — replacing ten manual processes, eliminating 500 hours of monthly reporting, and building a CRM from scratch.
I'm comfortable working from requirements to go-live, managing stakeholders from C-suite to engineering teams, and bridging the gap between what a business needs and what a development team can build.
