I have 16+ years of experience in behavioural and attitudinal user research employing methods such as user interviews, usability testing, prototype testing, ethnographic research surveys, Wizard of Oz and others. I’m fully conversant with most of the major online user recruitment and testing platforms.

I have a wealth of experience in banking, finance, insuretech startups and insurance both in South Africa and the UK.
