My work involves addressing the challenges of adopting digital health technologies, and collaborating with organizations such as the MHRA and NICE.

Current key activities include:

• Leading guidance development for the adoption of autonomous AI that does not require direct clinician oversight.

• Developing recommendations and proposals to increase the adoption of Digital Health Technologies in the NHS.

• Conducting research and engaging with stakeholders at local, national, and international levels.

• Contributing to the refresh of the Digital Technology Assessment Criteria for the NHS (DTAC).

La Nostalgie du Pays is an ethnic market located in Québec City. Although I am based in London, England, I joined my family's business part-time to manage the operations. Thanks to the digital-first vision I have implemented, I can do so remotely.

Practical examples of decisions I have taken, products I have delivered and achievements:

- I have set up our entire Microsoft 365 architecture, including 15 managed computers and mobile devices, SharePoint, Teams etc.

- I have designed our network and surveillance system.

- I have drafted comprehensive policies for human resources, IT usage, and privacy.

- I have signed a contract with a worldwide payroll company to deliver payroll services to our ~10 employees.

- I have signed a contract with a major VoIP company to deliver our advanced telephone services.

- I have procured our point-of-sale system, which has enabled us to analyse our clientele and increase sales. The system procured is a unified system that allows us to manage inventory, human resources, and pay.

- I have launched our loyalty program and the related strategy. The loyalty program is a huge success: a month after its launch, 85% of sales were tied to a customer with a loyalty program. In addition, we can now profile 85% of our customers and reach out directly to them via SMS.

- Since starting as COO, sales have increased by 67% over a year, and we went from two to ten employees.

After relocating to London, I accepted this temporary contract pending an opportunity in the civil service and to fulfil my long-time wish to work in local government to learn more about policymaking at that level. As Executive Assistant to two high-profile directors, I learned about housing policy, social care policy, the legal environment of local governments and local government politics.
