Crossberry is a Swedish Lighting Product Manufacturing Startup. With its very specific audience, my responsibility was to map potential customers, create a communication strategy with the website and other channels (Newsletters, Social Media, PPC) to attract traffic from all platforms. I also help to implement a new website domain, applying SEO techniques to the contents, linking pages and activating the domain on Google. In addition to mapping and retention of customers in order to expand our affiliate database.

In this position I was responsible for a team of 8 translators located in different parts of the world. Through effective, positive and empathic communication, I managed the team and its needs within the company. In addition to passing instructions for performing multiple tasks within the site through Wordpress, Hubspot, HTML and other tools, I also helped to improve content with SEO tool on Wordpress, Ahrefs and Answer The Public for Portuguese texts. Responsible for managing the communication channels, interact with customers across several channels (phone, email and chat), producing multimedia content, training and motivating staff to perform effectively. Selection of products for sale. Creation of advertisements and commercial campaigns as well as negotiating with partners, creating content for the company social media, retaining customer information and data, reporting progress on social media and making direct sales through the company's communication channels.
