I also happen to use AI for everything in my own work — and I mean everything. From data models to production infrastructure to marketing. That practical experience is what I bring to AI adoption training.

My background is in research: a PhD in computational biology, 14 scientific publications, and a decade of designing experiments and building analytical pipelines. I've designed and taught practical courses at university level. That scientific rigour is what I bring to AI adoption. I test what works, I discard what doesn't, and I won't sell you something I haven't used myself.

Helps owners know what to prep, how to staff, and when to expect busy or quiet days. Reduces waste, prevents understaffing, and takes the guesswork out of daily operations.

Also offering menu engineering, sales pattern analysis, and interactive dashboards that translate complex data into clear recommendations.
