I help CTOs and tech leads fix architecture problems that are already blocking delivery.

Most missions run 2-4 weeks: review an AI-built product, unblock modernization, assess a platform before scaling, or write an executable plan. You get a ranked risk list, architecture findings, delivery blockers, and a 30/60/90-day plan.

A current focus is production-readiness reviews for AI-built software - Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or similar workflows. I review the repo, architecture, CI/CD, cloud setup, tests, security assumptions, dependencies, and team workflow.

I have 27 years in software and 15 in enterprise architecture. I have worked inside banks, insurers, consultancies, and product teams while staying close to code and delivery reality. I work best where architecture, code, delivery pressure, and executive decisions meet.

Recent work: at Endava, I led Fortune 500 AI assessments as Global VP of AI and built Endava Compass from zero to a 16-person team and 10 commercial pilots. Earlier, I was Senior Architect at Commerzbank on core banking decoupling and eBAM with EBICS/SWIFT; Enterprise/Solution Architect at Accenture across e-commerce, SAFe media delivery, and banking consolidation; and lead architect at UNIQA on COBOL-to-Java modernization across 10+ insurance products.

The best starting point is a hands-on review: architecture, codebase, delivery risks, and a concrete plan. I do PE-side technical due diligence on AI/ML, fintech, and telecom targets.

Based in EU. Available remotely across EU, UK, Switzerland. Onsite for kickoff and key reviews.
