Description

Dominic started at just 19 in London with no experience, no connections, and dyslexia that made traditional education difficult. What he had was relentless drive and a willingness to learn by doing. Thirteen years later, that stubborn curiosity has led to work with Toyota, IKEA, Rolls-Royce, FIFA, and Charlotte Tilbury - and embedded partnerships with AKQA, Dentsu, HUGE, Critical Mass and ustwo.

The dyslexia never went away. But it taught him to think in systems, to communicate visually, and to simplify complexity. Those instincts now define how he works: helping organisations see their challenges clearly, make confident decisions, and build products worth using.

His practice is structured around what clients actually need - strategic clarity through Experience Strategy, ongoing guidance through Design Partnership, and reliable output through Design Operations. The heritage is North-East London grit and Caribbean warmth. The work is rigorous, human-centred, and always evolving.
