I've had director-level marketing experience for a number of high-profile footfall brands and experiences - from being the first Marketing Director at the Harry Potter Studio Tour, Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood and Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi.

In my consultancy roles I have created and implemented marketing strategies for a whole host of visitor attractions, lifestyle and tourism brands - such as Norwich Castle, Black Cultural Archives, Berthon Marina, LEGOLAND and Norfolk County Council's EXPERIENCE programme - designed to drive off-peak visitation.

In addition, I create education programmes for visitor attractions to fill those pesky hard-to-fill off-peak slots (you know, those slow midweek days in January and November!) with compelling, fun and educational experiences for school trips. Among the brands I've worked with are Man City Stadium Tours, Beano Comics, Up at the o2, Blenheim Palace and the Emmerdale Studio Experience. Three of my programmes have won Best School Trip awards.

I also walk-the-walk getting my hands dirty by creating my own tourism experiences. I launched the BoRo Beach Bike (the independent called it the coolest thing to do in the UK), a comedy afternoon tea dining experience and most recently the Bournemouth Writing Festival.

If you need a solid, measurable and enticing marketing strategy and help to implement it, then I have vast experience creating PR-friendly events, encompassing trade/B2B channels and brand-aligned creative. My passion lies in getting into the nitty-gritty of the operational side of things, so can be on-hand and on-site when things are getting ready to go-live.
