Project manager & business application consultant specialized on Business analysis ERP, CRM, Billing, PMO on telecom, media and industry sectors.

I have been working at Capgemini Group for 5 years. My clients were mainly telecom operators (SFR, Orange France Telecom or Bouygues Telecom…), TV channels (M6 Television group) or Music Corporation as Universal and multinational integrated oil and gas company such as Total Group .

Then i worked as a CRM & Billing consultant at a Lebanese Telecom Operator ALFA for 5 years.

And finally, i worked as Project manager and Business Analyst at Tekwin Digital.

My main activity consisted on projects management requirements management, business process management and design optimal solutions which meet customer needs and surpass their expectations.
