Data Foundation project storage exchange of master data related to Vehicles, Product Specifications, Customers and Retailers.

• • In this context I was tasked with the design of a new datahub to harmonize Used Car related data. Online Used Car sales – previously managed by the individual markets – were moved towards a common online UC sales platform.

• • The project involved many integrations with the diherent TME systems and third-party automotive data suppliers to oher vehicle identification and valuation functionality. We also set-up downstream data enrichment to enable crossselling for financing, Insurance, accessories and service products.

• • I ensured requirement gathering, solution design, writing functional specs and acceptance testing.

Approach & Responsibilities I use my expertise as musician and software engineer alike to focus on this start-up project. The development is based on user stories with acceptance criteria broken down in detail.

I acted as a Functional Analyst and coordinator for activities focused on the Non-Life business line ensuring that solutions are delivered according to the AG data warehousing stand-ards. I wrote Functional specs based on input from the diherent stakeholders of the Non-Life business line and followed up implementation by on site and oh shore developers. To elaborate the appropriate solution in a very complex envi-ronment often meant to challenge the initial requirements and to liaise with architects.
