I started my career as a Business Analyst 18 years ago for Halifax Bank of Scotland which later became Lloyds Banking group. When I started my career, I was using very traditional waterfall methodologies and have experienced many different types of methodologies since including various version of agile. I started my career in banking and moved more into the technology space but always within the financial space and most recently focusing on payments.
