I have been project manager, business analyst, systems analyst, product analyst, making decisions which shape the overall product. I have presented the new products for approval from customer success, operations and executive team. I am the key liaison with the engineers, technical leads and head of engineering for the Europe team. Working on API design, message mapping, client documentation and full responsibility that all elements of the product are delivered for product release. Working on various client facing projects for a large German Multinational Bank client. These included: the launch of several new Clearing and Settlement Mechanisms (CSMs). My role was to analyse client requirements, producing functional client documentation, contributor and sign off to technical design, devising solutions with architects and creating system requirements for engineers, following product approval. The projects included new CSMs / clearings across the UK, Sri Lanka and India to migrate from legacy platforms to the Dovetail product. I provided onsite Product Acceptance Testing with the client including walking through changes for new clearings and product upgrades. I was the key contact for India UPI Instant Payment upgrade from version 1.0 to 2.0. I also worked on changes to the UI in order to accommodate payment filter and intervention requirements.
