As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer of over 5 years I have worked predominantly in the public sector, building services from the ground up for the education establishments around the UK to engage with and report data to the UK Government. This includes working with highly sensitive information such as financial records, details of misconduct and adoption processes.

I have extensive experience in building PowerApps/PowerPages Portals for Dynamics, as well as using JavaScript, Liquid, C# plugins, and PowerAutomate to automate processes and integrate Dynamics with other applications in the Microsoft Dataverse as required.

I have been highly influential in improving and standardised development and release practices across Government using Azure DevOps and GitHub and having been the tech lead on a number of big projects over the years I am confident in training, mentoring, and working with other developers and other members of an agile project team.

One of my bugbares as a developer is the extortionate prices big consultant companies charge for their services and the huge cost estimations they place on simple development tasks to boost their profit. I have experienced this while working with contractors from these companies and have, over a period of years, reduced the overhead for these services and mentored and trained other developers to bring this work in-house.
