Various roles and promotions within Global Business Services (GBS) Team. Since 2021, Associate Director Planning and Performance Management (PPM), reporting to Head of GBS

• Led a team of 8 people responsible for FP&A and the Programme Management Office of Kraft Heinz GBS team (~1,500 people that provide business services in areas such as Finance, HR, Sales, Operations and Analytics). Responsible for Commercial Management with BPOs

• Led the preparation and control of GBS Budgets (~$150M Opex and Capex) across all Zones and the capital allocation decisions (e.g. outsourcing, AI RPA reducing overhead, AI ML delivering business value, cash conversion optimization). Collaborated with other Finance Teams (BBP, Tax, Treasury) to control impacts to BU's P&Ls and hedge FX exposure

• Owned the design and tracking of GBS annual MBOs connecting these with the GBS strategy and value creation levers in: Operations Excellence, NPS, Savings and Business Value. Some of the results we delivered were: 1) Improvement of Ops KPIs (e.g. VPTT > 92%, AR overdues < 5%, CFR > 96%); 2) Turnaround of NPS from negative to +40 in 2024; 3) $70M annualized G&A Savings (through GBS implementation, process transformations, automations); 4) +$200M other P&L value between 2022 and 2024 in areas such as fines, deductions and allowances, logistics STU

• ZBB Global owner of G&A Services package (+300M opex budget including merchandising, brokerage, waste management, security, cleaning, GBS, etc.). Partnered with Zone Finance Leads to identify, implement and track initiatives that drove 5-10% budget efficiencies annually

• Coordinated the set up and scaling of various COEs (e.g. Automation) and of internal Global Capabilities Centers (GCCs) in India (+500 people) and Mexico (+200 people). Managed the creation of GBS with the outsourcing of activities from BUs to GBS BPOs between 2016 and 2018

• Led financial modelling (operating model, 3-year financial statements) for business planning and to underpin funding. EIS and a convertible loan note funding was raised

• Assisted social enterprises to become investment ready, revising business plans and developing detailed fully-fledged financial models for getting funding through grants or social investment

• Structured financial instruments including Social Impact Bonds and loans
